Dutch Caribbean Investments develops and manages hospitality real estate projects in the Dutch Caribbean. These projects are structured as closed-end funds, tailored to the type of investment and the corresponding risk profile.
Our funds are accessible to a broad range of investors, ranging from individual investors to family offices and private equity firms. Depending on the fund and the complexity of the investment, entry levels range from approximately USD 125,000 to larger investments for professional investors.
We handle the entire process: from fund structuring and capital raising to operational management, monitoring, and transparent reporting to investors.
