Hans Leverman has more than 32 years of experience at Deloitte, where he served as a partner for many years. His focus was on mid-market businesses, advising on tax structures, financial performance and governance.

Following his departure from Deloitte, Hans became a shareholder and managing director of Dutch Caribbean Investments, where he leads the team and holds ultimate responsibility for the organization. He oversees the funds and drives the structuring of new investment vehicles, while also serving as the primary point of contact for investors.

René Pol is a shareholder and responsible for financing at Dutch Caribbean Investments. He specialises in arranging, structuring and optimising corporate financing and capital structures, and advises high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs on complex financing matters. René has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, has served as a board member of various companies in the real estate sector and brings a strong network of long-term client relationships to the team. At Dutch Caribbean Investments, he focuses on financing structures and capital raising for the funds.

Ray Seijs is a shareholder at Dutch Caribbean Investments. With over 30 years of experience in financial markets, his career took him to major financial centres including Madrid, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Dublin, Frankfurt, Chicago and Amsterdam, giving him a broad international perspective on investing and capital markets.

He combined that background with a move into real estate, where he became CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty Curaçao and the BES Islands. There he built an extensive network of international buyers, developers and investors. At Dutch Caribbean Investments he brings together that network, his understanding of capital markets and his focus on the feasibility and assessment of development projects.

René Zwikker is an entrepreneur with a broad portfolio spanning technology and real estate. In 1994 he founded a hotel marketing company which he led for over ten years before it was acquired by Burda Direct GmbH in 2006. Following the sale, he shifted his focus to technology and real estate investments in the Dutch Caribbean, primarily on Curaçao.

In 2008 René co-founded Century 21 Curaçao and later expanded his activities as co-founder of Sotheby’s International Realty Curaçao and the BES islands. As a shareholder and member of the team, he contributes his network and knowledge of the Caribbean real estate market to Dutch Caribbean Investments.

Bram Ossel spent years working in the hospitality sector before moving to the investment side. For four years he served as Director of Baoase Luxury Resort on Curaçao, one of the leading luxury resorts in the Caribbean. In that role he built a strong regional network and gained hands-on operational experience that now directly informs his work as an investor.

Together with Thomas Boers he founded Coco Invest, an investment management firm focused on hospitality real estate. Through Coco Invest, they guide investment trajectories for Dutch Caribbean Investments.

Frank Lammers was CEO of (Fortis/ABN AMRO) MeesPierson Curaçao approximately fifteen years ago. During that period, he developed a strong connection with the island, which has remained ever since. Following his role at MeesPierson, he was involved in, among other things, the acquisition of the local ABN AMRO portfolio by ORCO Bank and developed listing advisory services for Amicorp.

In 2019, together with Frank Thies, he founded PYGG Capital Partners, a boutique investment firm focused on supporting clients in achieving their financial objectives, offering services in wealth management, investment banking, and corporate services. Since 2021, Frank has been a member of the board of the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX). With a broad background in banking and wealth management, he has gained extensive experience across technical, commercial, and leadership roles.
