The offering of DCRF I ‘Vie L’Ven’ has been successfully closed. The fund has invested in 28 suites in the M7 building of the new five-star resort Vie L’Ven, located in Indigo Bay, St. Maarten.

The resort is being developed by Altree Developments Inc. (Canada) and is scheduled to open no later than early 2028. Vie L’Ven is affiliated with Leading Hotels of the World and will be operated by Luxury Hotel Advisors.
